Well, today was pretty hectic. In theory today was a day between holidays, but some colleges decided it was best for students to have classes, I think it's a nice way to save time if we go back to the days of walkouts, but anyway.
I went to lunch with my Aunt at Viña, I had a very nice micro driver who spoke all the way how proud he was of his children for get ahead and study professionals careers. One of them was a medical student at my university, but I preferred to leave in mystery who was the lucky child. I think I like hear other life stories and realize the rest of the realities of people.
The lunch was delicious (I love the food from my aunt), we saw a soup opera at tv together and set out in the mission of the day: "Find the perfect booties."
In my mind the booties had to be black, lace-up, at ankle, with platform or comfortable heel. As I was not had very complicated requirements, and had seen some last week, in theory we should not have take a long while. Fail.
I started in the Paris shop, it was a mess, really full of ladies fighting for the attention of sellers, I went into collapse because there was nothing I liked or suited to my budget (how expensive is all this season!), So I went to another big store: Ripley.
I thought it would be there the bottie of my dreams, I actually found the one, it was love at first sight, but then ask a very helpful seller, I heard the worst words in the world, "they are not of your number, only a smaller pair". And since I'm a bit stubborn, I tried to suit on them... didn't work.

Then I went back and forth between different shoe stores, in the tenth store just wanted to leave the mall as soon as possible, because either they had beautiful models and any color but black or had black boots hairier than chewbacca or impossible for even the more experts in high heels.
When it was almost 8, ran to the supermarket to stock up on food .. if my booties had failed at least I had to eat something good. The problem is that ALL people were in the supermarket. The lines were endless, and after 1 hour waiting, with a terrible aching feet (mental note: don't go shopping with high heels), I could just leave the mall and had to wait about 15 minutes for a taxi (mental note 2 : I need to learn to drive soon).

We arrived at the apartment, I opened my Ice Cream of Apple Strudel, I ate a spoonful and I was happy. Then with my blueberry muffin and a toast with avocado finished all fixed.
On the way home I started to check my mail, and my happiness was even greater when I read that I had won a very elegant cream valued in a lot of money.
So the moral of the day is: I haven't got my perfect booties, but I will sell my prize so I can finally have those who always wanted. I also realized that my perfect boots now have to be brown, so ultimately it was good not buying anything today :)
Now I lie eating Skittles and a great break in my study of physiology ... The action potential is calling me. Good night!

¡Buenas noches!
